What is the dress code for the conference?
Conference
During the event the dress code is business casual. Guests should wear pants with a short sleeve or long sleeve shirt.
Informal Dinner
The informal dinner this year will be casual.
Gala Dinner
We will be having a formal dinner (black tie) this year on Tuesday night (September 23, 2008) therefore guests should wear a dark suit or black tie.
What am I responsible to pay for while at the conference?
DHL will cover the cost of the hotel room, meals, and conference fee during the days of the conference as outlined below. You will be responsible for your airfare and all other incidentals (airport transfer, transfer around Munich, telephone calls, etc.) that you may incur while staying in Munich. Therefore DHL will cover these costs as directed below:

How do I get to the ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel?
From East
Take Salzburg Autobahn 8 to Mittlerer Ring Ost. Follow the Innsbrucker Ring to Bogenhausen at Hypovereinsbank. Turn right at the third traffic light. Turn left onto Arabellastrasse.
From North
Take Nuernburg Autobahn 9 and take the Foehringer Ring/Frankfurter Ring Exit. Proceed to the Bogenhausen and Effnerplatz junction. Turn left at Effnerplatz. Turn right and turn right a second time onto Arabellastrasse.
From South
Take Garmisch Autobahn 95 to Mittlerer Ring Sued. Continue on Mittlerer Ring Suede to Bogenhausen at Hypovereinsbank. Turn right at the third traffic light. Then turn left onto Arabellastrasse.
Parking
The cost to park a car at the hotel will be Euro 20.00 for a 24 hour ticket or Euro 2.50 per hour. You will be responsible for payment to the hotel upon departure.
