What is the dress code for the conference?
Conference
During the event the dress code is business casual.  Guests should wear pants with a short sleeve or long sleeve shirt.

Informal Dinner
The informal dinner this year will be held poolside. Attire is casual.

Formal Dinner
We will be having the “Sounds of Miami” Dinner on Wednesday night (June 3, 2009). Attire is business casual.

What am I responsible to pay for while at the conference?
DHL will cover the cost of the hotel room, meals, and conference fee during the days of the conference as outlined below.  You will be responsible for your airfare and all other incidentals (airport transfer, transfer around Miami, telephone calls, etc.) that you may incur while staying in Miami.  Therefore DHL will cover these costs as directed below:

Can my company pay for my expenses?
Yes this is not a problem and we ask that when you RSVP to put that you will need to be billed for your expenses in the Other Information section on the RSVP Form.  If you have already submitted your RSVP and forgot to add this information, please send this information to:
